Contacted them for our company trip. The PIC is so easy to deal with, actually we're a bit last minute from the trip date, never expected them to agree with the request. But, they did. So, it was good. We do have some last minute plan, but they can negotiate with us too.
Our driver is Mr Bala (WC7998C). The bus arrived on time, the journey was comfortable, and the driver was professional and courteous. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and helped ensure everyone arrived safely and on schedule for our company trip.
Thank you so much for attending to our needs. Definitely will use the service again in the future

Same goes to another bus WYR7500 (Mr Vishan) have the same thing but no usb charger and netflix, but can karaoke ( please improve this in thefuture). Our preschool have been using their bus company for a few times for our school field trips, concert, sports day etc. The good thing about them is they are really punctual and always come at least an hour before the departure time. We also able to request for full belts seats for our children and the customer service is easy to talk to.
